NB : Les références de couleur données pour les ombres foncées sont indicatives, le plus simple étant souvent de choisir une couleur foncée du tag avec la pipette ;) NB : The references of colors given for dark shadows are indicative, the simplest is often to choose a dark color of the tag with the dropper tool.

1/ Open an image with these settings :

2/ Add a new layer and fill it with a gradient made of these two colors :

3/ Open the two tubes of flowers (which you'll find here, duplicate them (Shift+D) and close them.
Resize them at 70% and paste them in the new image. Duplicate them once more, but in the new image again (Ctrl+C and Ctrl+L):

3bis/ Keep active only the two layers of copies of flowers :

4/ Apply the "Blast'em" filter from Toadies on each.

5/ Apply (always on each flower) a white shadow and another one colored as on the picture :

(don't forget to uncheck : shadow on a new layer)

6/ Merge the two layers, activate the gradient background and set the new merged layer on "soft light" mode :

Place the "merged flowers" layer under those named "orchid 2" and "orchid 1"

7/ Activate the background orchid layer (with several flowers), apply the shadows as in step 5 and also set the layer in "soft light" mode. Use Ctrl+A then Ctrl+F to make the selection float, right-click and select "static":

Select the "merged flowers" layer and press the "delete" key of the numeric keypad to remove the parts that appear through the orchid.

8/ Merge the three layers ("orchid 1", "merged flowers" and "gradient background")
Apply the mask on the new merged layer.

Activate the white background and merge the two (merge the group, then the visible layers). The background is over. :)

9/ Activate the layet of the last flower. Resize it at 90% (don't forget to uncheck "resize all layers")

Apply a shadow as shown :

10/ Write your text and apply an inner bevel as follows :

then apply a shadow with this settings :

(warning: this time, "shadow in a new layer" is checked!)

Next, two mode shadows as in the picture :

To finish, you can set the text in "Burn" mode.

If you find the text too dark, there are two (at least :) ) ways to modify its shade :
A- you can lighten the layer of the dark shadow to adapt it to your liking :

Remember to activate both boxes in the red frame to directly preview the effect in the tag.

B - You can modify the transparency of the same layer.

Voila! If I explained everithing correctly, you should have this :
